He now has three teeth: Two on the bottom (Can you see them?), and one on the top. The other top one will be popping out any day I'm sure!

He has turned into a little army crawling maniac. He scoots from here to there before I can blink. It's so funny to watch him buzz all over. He always uses his right leg to scoot. The left leg doesn't help out a whole lot. Although I thought my kitchen and hardwood floors were clean, they're obviously not because Makee's tummy is always dirty from dragging it all over the floor. Gross!

Makee Doodle and Isabelly have been playing together so cute lately. The other day, Mak was scooting along, and Isabelle thought he was chasing her. So she started squealing and crawling away from him. He went after her, and was laughing his head off. It is the cutest thing ever to watch them play together. They beam at each other every morning when they see each other.
Mak has just recently figured out how to get into the sitting position without any assistance. So this week when I have gone in his room to get him from his naps, he's sitting up playing. He's been trying to pull himself up to stand also. He's bonked his head quite a few times lately! I'll dash upstairs after hearing a big bang and then a very sad little boy.
Makee has two things he loves to play with right now. One is my parent's dog Scooter. Scooter quite liked Makai until the feelings became mutual. Since the Mak attacked Scooter's ears and tail, the pup has steered clear of my curious little man. But Makee still gets so excited when he sees Scooter. He loves him. The other things Mak loves to play with right now are balls of any shape and size. He loves to roll them and crawl after them. But his favorite thing to do is throw them to people. He's got quite the arm for a little guy!
The Big Mak continues to consume food like there's no tomorrow. He eats anything he can get his hands on. His love affair with ice cream has only gotten worse. I took him to Jason's Deli, and I held my cone in front of him so he could have a lick. He engulfed the entire ice cream part at once. He sat there for a second until the brain freeze kicked in. Then he screamed and out came the ice cream. However, it has not kept him from devouring ice cream since then. I keep wondering why he is so small!
He is beginning to love holding our hands and walking. As he walks, he blabs on and on. I think he knows exactly what he is saying. What a fun little boy. We love him so much!

what fun mak is. i love this stage where they are learning and doing so many new things. i love his little teeth. that was my biggest pet peeve with crawling.. the filthy clothes. the top of the socks was the worst!
He is so cute! Walking and talking are the beginning of more work for you, but it can be really fun.
Yay, what a cutie! I remember the sad day when I had to take Joshua's mobile down because he was trying to pull it off. Luckily he got past it with no apparent trauma. Joshua did the army crawl for a good 3 months before he finally started crawling for real. It was so funny to watch!
